If you want to pay with Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard cards, acts Tiedekauppa Magneetti only as the marketer of services and products and delivers the products to buyers. Suomen Verkkomaksut Oyj is responsible for reclamations.
Suomen Verkkomaksut Oyj acts as the seller in Visa, Visa Electron and MasterCard payments and the deal is made between the customer and Suomen Verkkomaksut Oyj. The seller is responsible for all deal related obligations. Suomen Verkkomaksut Oyj is also the payment recipient.

Suomen Verkkomaksut Oyj (FI2122839) provides netbank related payment transfer
services in co-operation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. For consumer the
service works exactly the same way as traditional web payments.

We will process your order as soon as we receive your bank transfer. Once we have received payment, the standard delivery times apply. If you fail to pay within 5 business days your order will be canceled.
Shipping within 2 - 5 business days.
Shipping/postage is always 5,90 €. Free delivery for orders over 90 €. You can also pick up your order from Heureka Shop Tikkurila or Heureka Shop Kamppi, in which case your don't pay for delivery.
As our valued customer you have the right to cancel your contract within 14 days of delivery. Please note that we won't accept returns that show signs of use or damage.
When returning goods, please include:

If you return goods bought online, the purchasing contract is cancelled and you will be refunded once the delivered goods have been returned.
Damaged products and other problems
If the goods dissappear or have damaged during delivery or there's something wrong with your order, please contact us at email@example.com within 14 days of receiving the goods.
